Bahan-bahan untuk memasak Steamed Pao Bun

  1. Ambil 500 gr terigu βˆ†.
  2. Ambil 4 SDM gula.
  3. Siapkan 1 sdt garam.
  4. Ambil 5 sdm mentega.

  17. Ambil Secukupnya air.
  18. Siapkan Secukupnya minyak untuk menumis.

Cara mengolah Steamed Pao Bun

  1. Campurkan semua bahan biang biarkan 15 menit sampai berbusa.
  2. Campurkan dalam bowl terigu,gula,garam lalu masukkan bahan biar aduk sampai setengah kalis.
  3. Beri mentega uleni sampai kalis dan elastis.
  4. Tutup biarkan 1 jam sampai mengembang.
  5. Keluarkan adonan bagi menjadi beberapa bagian lalu bentuk oval tutup dengan kertas roti lalu lipat beri kertas roti lagi sebagai alas.
  6. Panaskan kukusan,kukus 10 menit.
  7. Sambil mengukus buat isian ayam : suwir ayam yg sudah di rebus πŸ‘‰ geprek dan cincang halus bawang putih dan bawang merah πŸ‘‰ tumis bapur dan bawang merah sampai harumπŸ‘‰ masukkan ayam beri sedikit air πŸ‘‰ aduk beri gula garam penyedap dan Saori teriyaki.
  8. Angkat Pao lalu lepaskan sekat kertas roti lalu beri selada/sawi rebus lalu beri isian ayam.
