  2. Ambil 60 gram gula pasir.
  3. Ambil 5 gram fermipan/ragi instant.
  4. Tambahkan 10 gram susu bubuk (sy pakai susu dancow 1+nya si kecil).
  5. Tambahkan 2 kuning telur + 40 gram whipping cream cair +susu cair.
  6. Ambil (timbang semua jd 220gr).
  7. Ambil 25 gram unsalted butter.
  8. Ambil 2 gram garam.

  10. Ambil Susu evaporasi/susu cair.
  11. Tambahkan Unsalted butter.

  1. Masukkan dan campur terigu, gula pasir, fermipan dan susu aduk rata. Tambahkan cairan telur whipiing cream dan susu cair (semuanya ditimbang jadi 220 gram ya) kalau pakai whipping cream bubuk boleh ya jadi perbandingannya 10 gram whipping cream bubuk + air timbang jd 40gram. Uleni sampai kalis..
  2. Tambahkan buttter dan garam, uleni sampai kalis elastis..
  3. Diamkan adonan sampai mengembang 2x lipat selama lebih kurang 45 menit..
  4. Kempiskan adonan, uleni sebentar. Bagi2 adonan sy masing2 50 gram bulatkan dan istirahtakan 10 menit..
  5. Bentuk adonan sesuai keinginan boleh ditambah isian, susun diatas loyang yg telah dioles tipis margarain..
  6. Biarkan selama lebih kurang 1-1,5 jam dan ditutup plastik wrap..
  7. Olesi bagian permukaannya dengan susu evaporasi sesaat sebelum masuk oven..
  8. Panggang pd suhu 170-180 derajat smp matang. (saya 25 menit).
  9. Segera keluarkan dari oven dan oles bagian permukaan dengan unsalted butter..
  10. Beneran ini lembut banget dah..😊.
