  2. Tambahkan 10 tbsp gula pasir.
  3. Siapkan 7 tbsp tepung kunci.
  4. Ambil 1 tbsp susu dancow.
  5. Siapkan 3 tbsp matcha bubuk.
  6. Ambil 100 ml whipping cream.
  7. Siapkan 100 gr cream cheese.
  8. Tambahkan 2 tbsp SKM.
  9. Tambahkan 125 gr mentega atau butter dilelehkan.

  3. Masukan mentega yang sudah dilelehkan. Aduk balik..
  4. Panggang 180dc 20 menit dengan loyang ukuran 30x30. Panggang sampai matang dan dinginkan..
  5. Mix whipping cream sampai soft peak. Mixer cream cheese sampai lembut. Gabungkan whipped cream, skm dan cream cheese jadi satu..
  6. Oleskan pada cake setelah itu gulung. Masukan ke kulkas 30menit sampai filling set. Finish....
  7. Lembut.. cream cheese dan matcha enak banget kombinasi nya diminum pakai tea and coffee... yummy.
  8. Saya pakai ini plus kasi 5 tetes pewarna hijau (optional).
