Kamu bisa mengolah Homemade Whipped Cream menggunakan 6 bahan ini dan dengan 4 cara mudah untuk memasaknya.
Komposisi untuk membuat Homemade Whipped Cream
- Tambahkan 2 bungkus susu bubuk putih (saya pakai Dancow).
- Siapkan 2 sachet SKM putih.
- Tambahkan 2 sdm gula pasir (saya tambah 1 sdm lagi).
- Tambahkan 1 sdt vanili bubuk.
- Ambil 1 sdt SP, cairkan.
- Ambil 200 gram es batu, serut atau hancurkan.
Simply blend the cream and vanilla in a bowl, beating until foamy. Then add the powdered sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. A lot of the dessert recipes I've posted on Inspired by Charm have called for whipped cream. This past weekend as I was working on a few new shortcake recipes for the blog, it dawned on me that I should also share how I make whipped cream.
Cara mengolah Homemade Whipped Cream
- Siapkan bahan-bahan yang diperlukan, lalu serut/hancurkan es batu dan masukkan ke dalam wadah (saya tidak punya serutan es batu).
- Tim SP sampai mencair..
- Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam wadah, aduk rata. Lanjutkan mengaduk dengan mixer selama sekitar 5 menit atau sampai tekstur hard peak, dengan medium speed. (Saya memindahkan wadah ke baskom khusus mixing karena ternyata menyiprat ke mana-mana 😆).
- Whipped cream buatan sendiri siap digunakan. Simpel dan ekonomis..

After years of buying frozen whipped topping and cans of store-bought whipped cream filled with who-the-heck-knows-what, I can say with confidence that HOMEMADE. If the mixture has separated a bit, gently stir it back together with a spoon. Homemade whipped cream loses some volume over time, so you may need to lightly whip it again to achieve the original texture.
