Bahan-bahan untuk membuat Homemade Soft Ice Cream
- Tambahkan 1 liter Whipping Cream UHT.
- Ambil 10 sdm gula halus.
- Ambil 1 sdm Rhum / vanilla Essence.
- Tambahkan 1 kaleng Condensed Cream Milk (sy Carnation) 230gr.

Cara mengolah Homemade Soft Ice Cream
- Siapkan bahan - bahan.
- Masukkan whipping Cream, kemudian 10 sdm gula halus dan susu kental manis (consensed milk) ke dalam wadah untuk di mixer..
- Mixer dengan speed rendah selama 10 menit. Di menit ke-10, teksturnya sudah mengental, tuangkan 1 sdm Rhum/Vanilla Esscence ke dalam adonan Ice Cream. Kemudian lanjut di mixer dengan kecepatan yg sama selama 2 menit. Jadi total prosesnya 12 menit..
- Matikan mixer di menit ke 12, dan jika diangkat, ujungnya akan berbentuk runcing seperti pada gambar..
- Pindahkan Ice Cream ke wadah atau kontainer untuk dibekukan selama kurang lebih 6 jam dalam Freezer. Hasil yg saya buat jadi sebanyak foto ini π.
- Setelah 6 jam dibekukan dalam freezer, hasilnya... yummy! Lembut dan creamy. Kreasikan dengan topping sesuai selera anda. Semoga resep ini membantu π semangat homecooking!!!.
