Bahan yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat Bombolini

  1. Siapkan 250 gr terigu Cakra.
  2. Ambil 250 gr terigu segitiga.
  3. Tambahkan 60 gr gula pasir.
  4. Tambahkan 1 sdm fermipan.
  5. Tambahkan 2 sdm fiber creme.
  6. Tambahkan 200 ml air yg dcampur es batu.
  7. Tambahkan 50 gr mentega.
  8. Ambil 1 butir telur.
  9. Tambahkan garam.
  10. Tambahkan 1 sdt SP.
  11. Siapkan Isian Keju.
  12. Tambahkan 200 ml susu UHT.
  13. Tambahkan 1 sdt gula pasir.
  14. Ambil 50 gr Keju cheddar.
  15. Tambahkan isian coklat.
  16. Siapkan 50 ml UHT.
  17. Siapkan 50 gr DCC.
  18. Siapkan 100 gr chco crunchy.

  3. Masukkan air yg sdh dcampur es batu. Mikser hingga tercampur. tambah mentega, garam dan telur. tambah SP, mikser hingga kalis..
  4. Diamkan sejam. bagi adonan @35gr jadi 25 buah. bulatkan, pipih kan, tutup, diamkan sejam..
  5. Panaskan minyak banyak dengan apai kecil. goreng hingga pucat, balik, goreng kembali. minyak yg tdk terlalu panas akan bikin adonan mengembang lagi dan permukaan jadi halus. jika pake api sedang, permukaan gbs halus..
  6. Tiriskan. gulirkan pada bubuk gula..
  7. Isian keju. masak semua bahan..
  8. Isian coklat, panaskan susu,matikan api. masukkan coklat dan aduk hingga tercampur..
